Wish we could have done business under a much better circumstance, but nobody can do anything to completely prevent a situation requiring emergency towing, and a good experience from the tow company can mean everything for your morale. They came out at 10:30 PM on a Sunday to yank my car from a ditch in the median on 94. I ended up just having them junk the car and they put that toward my towing bill, which was pretty fair considering how much effort it took to winch the car out. I called around after the fact to see what other junkyards would have offered and nobody offered more for the car than they gave me. Realize that I was in a situation where they could have severely undercut me if they wanted to, but they chose to provide great service instead. Bravo! I got some prices for service and will keep them in mind for work on my next beater car. Thank you, guys!
